A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Please report any damages or issues in or around the cottage as soon as possible.

Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to re-let the property,
the full rental fee may be retained.

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. They must be well-behaved and under control at all
times. Please clean up after your pet. Any damage caused may result in guests being asked
to leave.

Please be respectful toward neighbours and local residents.

Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 9:00 AM on your departure day.

Etang Des Greens is not liable for any loss or injury exceeding the value of the rental.

The cottage, lake, and grounds are for your enjoyment, but use is at your own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times.

We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance, including personal
accident cover and public liability.
